一戸建て住宅に住んでみて

一戸建て住宅に住んでみると、やはりいいものです。
まさにマイホームといったところでしょうか。

一戸建て住宅の場合、自分の家という感覚がすごくあるのです。
それまでのマンションや借家の場合は、何か借家というか、
どこか借りているという気分が充満していました。

しかしそれも一戸建て住宅を持つことができ、そこに住んだ結果、
つまり比較ができてこそ初めてわかる気持ちなのだと思います。
そうでなければどんなに借家住まいが・・・ということを言われても、
それが普通というか日常というか、変えられない日々なので、
一戸建て住宅の良さといったものは外側から見たものしか
わからなかったと思います。

また、周りのほとんどに人というのはマンション住まいか、
借家住まいなわけです。ですから、あまり借家住まいに
違和感というものはありませんでしたし、それまで運が
良かったのか、非常に親切な大家さんばかりでした。

もちろん丁寧に扱うといったことは十分気をつけていましたから、
怒られるようなこともなかったのですが・・・。

一戸建て住宅の場合、ちょっとばかし思い切って、表札を作るとか、
門を作ってみると言うことができて、プチ建築士になったような
気分になれるのは自分だけでしょうか？

というか、そういったことを考えている時が一番楽しいですよね。
どんな門がいいか？とか防犯カメラもつけてしまおうかな？とか
表札に金文字は派手すぎるかな？とか。

一戸建てならではの妄想タイムがあるわけで、
これはマンションや借家だったらまずできないことなのではないでしょうか。
